Fees for SOULWORK-Coaching-Healing Services
Payment for sessions online and in-person can be made via credit/debit cards, direct bank transfer or Mpesa.
All sessions conducted remotely are to be paid for in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required before a session can be confirmed.
Sessions already paid for are non-refundable; except in the event of (a) the session being cancelled by us, or (b) force majeure.
If you have paid and we have agreed a time to meet and you would then like to change this time, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.
Failure to communicate this change shall render the session to be considered a no-show and the payment forfeited.
Sessions purchased must be redeemed within three months of purchase.
Internet Reliability
Due to the occasional unreliability of the internet, it may be necessary to re-schedule a session. If this occasion does arise, I will make every effort to re-schedule the appointment within 48 hours. No refunds will be given in the event of an unreliable internet connection.
