Fees for SOULWORK-Coaching-Healing Services
Payment for sessions online can be made via credit/debit cards or direct bank transfer.
Sessions in person are payable in cash, or through Mpesa or direct bank transfer.
All sessions conducted remotely are to be paid for in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions that are already paid for are non-refundable.
If you have paid and we have agreed a time to meet and you would then like to change this time, I require at least 12 hours of notice.
Internet Reliability
Due to the occasional unreliability of the internet, it may be necessary to re-schedule a session. If this occasion does arise, I will make every effort to re-schedule the appointment within 48 hours. No refunds will be given in the event of an unreliable internet connection.
